Typical stew meat can be a bunch of trim scraps leftover from the butcher, not Grassy Flat Ranch stew meat.  Each cube of meat is cut from the rump roast of the animal, that means each bite of meat will be a hardy piece of meat that is tender and delicious!  Elevate any stew, kabob, or stir fry with our stew meat.  All stew packages weigh between  1-2lbs.   Stew meat is packaged by our local USDA butcher, vacuum sealed and frozen solid.*
