Grass Fed Beef Shank (Marrow Bone/Osso Bucco)

Beef Shank is a cross-cut of meat that comes from the lower leg of the cow. Also called Osso Busso, this cut contains a bone with marrow in the center.  There are two beef shanks in each package.  All meat is packaged by our local USDA butcher, vacuum sealed and frozen solid.*
