The Grassy Flat Sampler is a great way to sample a variety of cuts from our grass-finished beef. It includes six 1-pound packages of ground beef, two different cuts of steak, each with two steaks in each package, and one 3lb-5lb roast. If you don’t have a lot of freezer space or you just want to try our meat, this is the option for you. All meat is packaged by our local USDA butcher, vacuum sealed and frozen solid.
