Cubed steaks are a cut of meat that has been flattened and tenderized resulting in a textured surface perfect for marinates, spices, or breading.  Commonly used to make the classic dish of chicken fried steak this cut of beef is flavorful and affordable.  All cubed steaks come two to a package and packages weigh between .5-1lb they are vacuum sealed and frozen solid.*
