Carne Asada is thinly sliced beef that is usually grilled and used in tacos.  Perfectly cut and ready to go for a quick dinner.  Our carne asada is cut from the skirt steak, flank steak, or flap steak these thinly sliced cuts are packed with flavor.  All meat is packaged by our local USDA butcher, vacuum sealed and frozen solid.*
