This brisket is the perfect cut of meat for a smoker or slow cooker.  You can order half a brisket or one of our whole briskets if you are wanting to feed a crowd.  Dry aged for 14 days this brisket will be the hit of your next barbecue.  All meat is packaged by our local USDA butcher, vacuum sealed and frozen solid.*
