1/4 Grass Fed Beef Share

A quarter beef is a great way to try a large variety of cuts at a great price!  Stock up and save by buying in bulk!  A quarter beef share includes 90 pounds of meat with cuts from the whole animal, cuts include the following:

• Sirloin Steaks
• Tenderloin Filet
• Ribeye Steaks
• T-bone or New York Steaks
• Roasts
• Ground Beef
• Local pickup only

A quarter share is 50 pounds of ground beef and 40 pounds of steaks and roasts. This will include an assortment of ground beef, steaks, and roasts from the whole animal.  All steaks are packaged two steaks per package and cut at 1" thick. Roasts are 3-5 pounds. Ground beef is packaged in 1 pound packages. A quarter beef is 90 pounds of meat.  All meat is dry aged for 14 days and placed in vacuum sealed packaging and frozen solid.  Our beef is processed by a USDA inspected butcher.

The minimum size freezer we recommend for a quarter beef is 5 cubic feet.  If you have other things in your freezer we recommend a 6-7 cubic foot freezer.
